Welcome to www.spmf.org.sg, the website (the “Website”) of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (“SPMF”). Your continued use of the Website after such revisions have been posted shall constitute your agreement to the revised Website Conditions.

- violate any law or regulation or any code of practice, direction, order or guideline issued by any regulatory or judicial authority;

- disrupt the operations and / or charitable activities of SPMF;
- create any liability for SPMF;
- cause SPMF to lose the services of any internet or telecommunication service provider or any other supplier of products and / or services; or
- engage in any other activity deemed by SPMF to be in conflict with the Website Conditions or its charitable objectives.

- The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Trademarks”) displayed on the Website are the property of SPMF or the respective third parties. You shall not use any Trademarks, including but not limited to as a hyperlink or in any advertising, without the prior written approval of SPMF and / or the respective third parties.
- The contents of the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SPMF has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that any information and material provided on the Website are correct at the time of publication and provides no representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise to the extent permitted under law.

- all electronic communications and transactions related to your use of the Website will be legally binding, valid, and enforceable, holding the same evidentiary weight as a signed written document;

- any interruptions in services or any damage or loss of any kind suffered in connection with the use of the Website, including but not limited to denial or restriction of access to the Website;
- any defect, default, deficiency or malfunction in any device, computer, internet service provider or telecommunication system or network, viruses or other malicious software or denial-of-service attacks that may affect the use of the Website;
- any errors made by you in your use of the Services, including but not limited to the entry of inaccurate information; or
- any interruption, corruption or cessation of transmission of data to or from the Website.

You agree to defend and hold SPMF, its officers and staff harmless from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees on an indemnity basis, arising out of your use of the Website or any breach of the Website Conditions. In the event of any actual or threatened breach of the Website Conditions, SPMF may use or disclose any information relating to you to any third party or regulatory authority for the purposes of stopping and preventing any such breach.
10. General Terms
- Waiver. No waiver of any breach or default shall be effective unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of SPMF. No waiver of any particular breach or default constitutes a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default of the Website Conditions.
- Reservation of Rights. Any delay or failure of SPMF to exercise any rights provided for in the Website Conditions will not be deemed a waiver of such right and is not a forfeiture of any similar or future rights provided for in the Website Conditions.
- Third Party Rights. The Website Conditions apply equally to and are for the benefit of SPMF, its officers, staff, assignees and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
- Severability. If any term of the Website Conditions is held invalid by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of other provisions contained in the Website Conditions. - Governing Law. The Website Conditions and any legal relationship arising from your use of the Website and its Services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
